Controlling your healthy eating habits

To perform correctly on a diet, and so achieve little by little, as we said, with patience, persistence and perseverance, get off those kilos that exceed us, we must also control our eating habits, and change consumption of these foods that in all, we could benefit.

In this case we must avoid foods that have a high fat content, as might be fatty meats, fried foods or sauces, oils, sausages, cheeses and whole milk (better, for example, skimmed milk rather than whole) , pasta with sauces, eggs and chips, ice cream, and mayonnaise or margarine, among others.

In fact, a good and healthy choice would opt for healthier foods, healthy, low fat foods as grilled, boiled or steamed, lean meats, beef, pork, poultry, rabbit, as has been said, skimmed milk, light cheese, or cheese Burgos boiled or baked potatoes, pasta with tomato and vegetables, sorbets, ice poles or frozen yogurt, salads and vegetables themselves, and turkey sausage, ham, among others.

It is recommended to use methods of low-fat cooking, as microwave ovens, boiling, pots fast on the grill, steamer or grill.
