Papaya Smoothie: totally digestive

We know that many fruits and vegetables have the great "force" profiting from clear food for our health, to have vitamins, minerals or even unique properties that make them.

Papaya is another one of those gifts of Nature. And, a simple batter, will help us feel more agile and lighter after a hearty meal, when digestion.

Ingredients (4 servings)
200 g of papaya
1 yoghurt sweetened
2 glasses of skimmed milk

Their preparation is even more simple: we peel papayas, withdraw the black seeds and cut into chunks.

Putting it in the blender with other ingredients, and beat all together.
