Yogurt diet is a perfect diet for those who for various reasons want to lose weight and like the yogurt. Plan is a very easy, if you do it strictly you will lose weight about 2 kg in 4 days. That itself must have a health condition healthy to put it into practice.

If you are making this yogurt dietary regimen will have to compulsorily physical activity daily, preferably aerobic exercises. You also need to drink as much water as possible every day and all your tea flavor with sweetener or a teaspoon of honey.
