Diet for soccer players

This is a diet designed for men who practice the sport called football professionally. If you're one of them will require a balanced diet and nutritious because they have plenty of physical wear. It is very important to make the detailed plan to low to the letter your way to the full.

You'll have to drink as much water as possible throughout the day to keep you dehydrated food 2 hours before each training and if necessary to drink any beverage with extra salt after every practice. It is advisable that you perform regular health checks.

Sample Daily Menu

Breakfast: 1 glass of citrus juice, 1 infusion election, Table 2 toast smeared with jam, 1 egg and 1 cereal with skim yogurt.

Mid morning: 1 infusion to an election and medium roasted.

Lunch: 1 cup soup choice, 400g. beef or chicken, salad with choice of 2 fruits and 1 infusion choice to choose.

Afternoon: 1 liquefied fruit choice.

Snack: 1 infusion election, table 3 toast smeared with jam, 1 egg and 1 cereal with skim yogurt.

Dinner: 1 cup soup choice, 500g. fish with salad and choice of mashed or 250g. fresh pasta with white sauce or filetto, 1 cup of fruit salad and 1 infusion election.

Before bed: 1 liquefied fruit choice.
