The orange is a citrus fruit that has a lot nutrients, is widely used in dietary regimes that aim to lose weight and to strengthen the defenses any body because it provides much vitamin C. Currently it is grown and consumed in many countries.

If you like this fruit this diet is perfect for you. You can perform only for 3 days and if you follow to the letter about 2 kilos thinner. Daily menu:
Breakfast: 1 infusion choice (tea, coffee or mate) and 2 oranges.

Lunch: oranges. You can eat the amount you want.
Afternoon: 1 cup of orange juice.
Snack: 1 infusion choice (tea, coffee or mate) and 2 oranges.
Dinner: oranges. You can eat the amount you want.
After dinner: 1 infusion choice (tea, coffee or mate).
